Valor Business Network, LLC provides marketing consulting, brand strategy, lead generation planning, client acquisition strategy, campaign planning, and business growth advisory services. Because our services are consulting-based and involve time, strategy, planning, and professional work, our refund policy is structured around service delivery rather than product returns.

No Physical Product Returns

Valor Business Network, LLC does not primarily sell physical products. Because of this, we do not accept physical product returns unless a specific product purchase is separately offered and includes its own written return terms.

Consulting Services

Payments for completed consulting services, strategy sessions, planning work, campaign planning, business advisory services, or other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or work has begun.

Deposits and Retainers

Deposits, retainers, setup fees, onboarding fees, and payments made to reserve consulting time are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a consultation or service appointment by contacting us in advance.

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, the request should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment whenever possible. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Project-Based Services

For project-based services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

If a project has not started, Valor Business Network, LLC may consider a partial refund after subtracting any administrative, payment processing, planning, or preparation costs.

If a project has already started, payments are generally non-refundable for work already performed, time reserved, strategy prepared, research completed, or deliverables created.

Digital Deliverables

Digital documents, strategy plans, marketing plans, campaign outlines, consulting materials, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials are non-refundable once delivered.

Client Responsibility

Results from marketing consulting can vary based on the client’s business model, offer, pricing, audience, implementation, market conditions, advertising budget, follow-through, and other factors outside of our control. Valor Business Network, LLC does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email. Each request will be reviewed based on the service purchased, work completed, appointment history, and any written agreement between the client and Valor Business Network, LLC.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
